This full day course is designed to provide participants with an introduction to remuneration and reward. Participants will learn about each of the core components of remuneration including base pay, non-cash benefits, variable pay (short-term and long-term), performance management, market data and salary reviews. Participants will also develop an understanding of the importance of each concept and the relationship each has on other key human resource functions.
