R.Recognition is a web-based solution that has been developed to manage an organisation's employee recognition program. R.Recognition manages your reward nomination process, tracks the number and type of awards provided to employees and assists with reporting requirements. All access is role based, so users are only able to view data based on the access level they have been allocated.

Users are able to enter their employee nominations in the system. They can nominate individuals or teams. An email can then be generated to the employee's manager, HR or the cost centre manager for approval. At any time, managers and HR can generate reports providing the organisation with improved transparency of total costs, appropriateness of awards and number and type of awards received.

Recognition letters and certificates can be generated directly out of the system and can be printed with the specific information that relates to the employee.

R.Recognition has a number of benefits including:

• Allowing nominations to be easily made using a web-based system;
• providing an effective process for nominations to be approved or rejected;
• storing all information in a centralised database;
• calculating the total cost of the award by deducting GST and adding FBT (if required);
